Fall/winter 2024 fashion trends

Recently VOGUE has published the latest fashion trends for the fall/winter season of 2024. Although some may come to us as a surprise resulting strange and perhaps even outdated, as the English poet Chaucer once said “There is nothing new except what has become antiquated”. Therefore, some of the pieces shown by the models at this year’s fashion weeks will result us familiar, perhaps you may even find something in the back of your closet that has been sitting there for the past decade that has become fashionable this season.

The main trend of this season is definetely the leopard print. Although some may find it vulgar, it can be seen on all types of clothing and accesories from tops and T-shirts to handbags and coats.

If you are a fan of solid colours, then cherry red is for you during this autumn and winter, some brands even offer a complete monochrome look, showing off a cherry red outfit from head to toe.

As cold weather is coming close, there is one piece of clothing you cannot do without this year: the cardigan. Coming in all sorts of materials, shapes and colours, cardigans are an extremely versatile piece of clothing, allowing us to combine it in multiple looks and suitable for both autumn mand winter.

The last trend of this season is fur, seen in both small details and accesories, as well as larger pieces of clothing such as coats or even skirts, creating a both elegant and cozy look.
